Mr. Kamal is a registered architect in the state of Maryland, the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the District of Columbia. He has extensive experience in commercial, institutional and residential projects. He has been working in this field for more than 20 years.
He is also involved in Design Build projects, Design Bid Build projects, fast track construction work, and design as you build.
He started out as a junior architect raising to be a Project Architect for specific jobs in several Washington DC firms and now he is both an architect and project manager.
As Mr. Kamal has also associated himself in Health Care Clinic and Lab Facility Designs. He has also worked in various private and public design and construction projects. Including residential, educational, and religious buildings. The size of these projects range between 1,000 sqft to over 800,000 sqft.
He also has worked on tenant fit outs mercantile projects, strip-mall design, facade renovation and office interiors. He is an expert in Building Information System (BIM) and adept in 3D design software.
